For those who value integrity, good judgment, character, and respect in leadership and with those they work with, or refer close friends to, let this be a caution. iP may be a good company but it's rotten at the top.

      I love working downtown with a great group of people. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming to new staff. Smaller team sizes create a lot of opportunities to take on new challenges and grow.

      The industry is a bit niche, so it can take a bit of time to learn the ins and outs as well as industry specific terminology but everyone is very supportive.
