Started my digital career with iProspect, Mumbai & gained best knowledge with the help of cooperative mentors & iProspect University. Work culture is challenging and you will enjoy if you are truly passionate towards your career. In just 1 year, I got exposure in all SEM campaigns ( Search. Display. PLA, Video). Worked with big clients & got opportunity to experiment on various campaigns. SEM team is the best team compare to Client Servicing , SEO & Social Media etc as SEM people are very cooperative & unity is the strength of SEM team.

Iprospect is a big brand & great place to work. But, unfortunately mismanagement is the biggest con here. Growth is like a lucky draw in this company as salary hike is based on "God Knows What It Is" although you get a good rating.

- Flatter organisation structure that means your views matter to the senior team unlike a bureaucratic system . - Expectation of your work are made very apparent from Day 01. - You are not stuck doing one domain, you can work on multitudes and build your hands on experience on domains that will improve your skill(s). - Culture is conducive to creating friends and mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved based on your interest. - Friday lunch outing! (when there was no COVID). - Clients are top name brands and having been associated with any of them will change the way you think about business in the world. - The Branch Head (Bangalore) is very concerned about your career development. You can move to a different role or team of your interest if you can justify it.

- No company is perfect. You might come across few co-workers that you may not appreciate. But it takes all kinds of people to make a world. Try to thicken your skin. Stick to what is being assigned or what responsibilities you have undertaken and the rest is of no concern to you. - Sometimes co-workers tend to work at the 11th hour, it can have a bad impact in your work.
