Working at isolved HCM has been a mixed experience, and I feel compelled to share some critical observations regarding the workplace culture, particularly around issues like nepotism, racism, sexism, favoritism, and leadership. Nepotism and Favoritism It's concerning to witness how often personal relationships seem to take precedence over merit-based promotions and opportunities. Employees who are closely connected to management often receive preferential treatment, which undermines team morale and fosters resentment among those who work hard but feel overlooked. Racism and Discrimination There have been instances where colleagues from diverse backgrounds have faced subtle and overt discrimination. It’s disheartening to see that instead of fostering an inclusive environment, there are moments when biased comments or actions go unchecked. This not only affects the individuals directly involved but also creates a toxic atmosphere that hinders collaboration and innovation. Sexism The comments I have witness individuals from VP level to C suite would leave your jaw dropped. Certain invdividuals who market themselves as "recovering alchoholics" that are now a "Family man" on multiple instances have made innappropriate comments about several different female employees. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Leadership Issues The leadership, particularly from the Chief Revenue Officer, has raised concerns. There appears to be a lack of clear vision and support for employees at various levels. Communication is often poor, and decision-making seems disconnected from the needs of the team. The absence of effective leadership contributes to a chaotic work environment where employees feel undervalued and unsupported. In conclusion, while isolved HCM has potential, the pervasive issues of nepotism, racism, sexism, favoritism, and poor leadership create significant barriers to a positive workplace culture. For the company to thrive, it’s essential to address these concerns seriously and work towards creating an environment where all employees feel respected and empowered. *isolved HR, I know you will do your best to have this removed* But why? If your company is as strong as you think, why would you need to have this review taken down?
