All kinds of promises, positions, titles, vested partnerships, asking for hard work, paying very low retainer and saying it will pay off in the future and then terminating the relationship just before the sales really start to come in. They poached my entire client base in the process. Used a contract loop hole to refuse to pay me commission due to me after contract termination. Kept all of my samples from my personal career portfolio and even after legal demand never returned them. Be warned that if you work with them, you may be headed for an epic fail and it could cost you big time.
