- Morale was bottom of the barrel low - constant customers yelling at you because of the poor way accounts were handled before the merger of Fronter and itslearning - you could do 8 people's job and still be paid less than a man who does 1/8th of what you do with the same amount of experience. - a Global team that never listens or is hard to contact - Communication from higher up was terrible, never knew what was going on in the company. - Redundancy process handled poorly and I hear they've adopted an attitude of 'get with the programme, or get out' with remaining staff. - Absolutely no progression in any way shape or form. - When I give my review for management, i'm only scoring high for the local management within the UK.
