The company does some fun things and there are some good people working there who believe in the values. Pretty flexible work environment

Company has very high turnover in middle management or senior technical positions. Overall very poor communication - solving problems by email, or not sharing information with everybody affected by it. Flexible work environment, but you can end up working a lot of hours because they have been trimming staff.
