Where do I begin? Kglobal was easily the worst company I ever worked for in my entire life, and that’s counting the hourly jobs I had as a teenager. The blatant lack of awareness matched with the overt and covert racism was shocking. I witnessed racism and sexism on several occasions, and nothing was done or fixed about the situation. Take a look at their senior leadership, no diversity, and if there ever is a BIPOC staffer they’ll leave shortly after being a part of the side show circus. The account management is atrocious, and unless it’s a government contract consumer client retention is low. The bar at kglobal is in hell.
