Good balance of life and work. Good location and a magnificent building. Even so, it is not worth enduring the stress and instability they have. Higher than usual compensation for some departments. Tho, when I asked for a revision of my compensation, I have been told I may be paid more in other companies.

Constant chaos since my second year that I started working (2016). The focus was just 'numbers' and increasing them steadily and rapidly. No transparency and honest communication despite monthly all-hands. After the change of ownership in 2020, nothing got better. The focus continued to be increasing revenue and they tried to recover the lost trust of the employees. It has not been possible at that point. Incredibly little communication between closely related departments. The results were not surprising after highly related teams knew and recognized each other that little. DEI? Before it was a superficial diversity with a lack of inclusion. More like a marketing tool. Lately, there was not even diversity. Equity? Never. CC team members would know. Poorly chosen managers, with no background, no specialization. That's why people mention the 'growth opportunities' I think. I worked 6 years at letgo. Last 2 years, being in the SAME team, I had 5 different managers (a team of 5). Was so hard to adapt and get to know the new one, let alone focus on my job. The performance evaluation system started in 2017 since then evaluation method has changed 4 TIMES, for the entire company. So I never knew if I was consistent with my growth or not (according to the metrics as they seem to care a lot). So why I have worked for 6 years? Because I took advantage of the chaos and grew up. In the end, I'm happy with what I learned in the tech world; new skills, new responsibilities, never trust management, especially if they call the company people 'family'. They still hang on because they are unique in the market with what they offer. There is no other reason.
