I have always raved about lululemon until another colleague reached out to me explaining that she received extremely poor support from the Key Leaders in store, after she left Lululemon. Long story short, she moved overseas for university and was looking to find a job abroad as a student. Her recruiter required two previous work referrals to proceed with her application. However, 3 contacts, 4 weeks and multiple follow ups later, not one but TWO key leaders ghosted her for the most part, complained that they were "too busy" to respond to a 15-minute form and was extremely underwhelming in their support as leaders. Rich for a company that doesn't stop singing their own praises on personal responsibility and inclusion.
