Vantaggi
Not even a single pros seriously, much honest I am in it.
Svantaggi
Working here is pathetic and feels like hell. 1. You cannot satisfy the management at all. They are so unreasonable that, in the offer letter, they mentioned having high expectations from new hires who clearly need time to settle into their toxic environment. 2. There is no support from management. They have even fired employees within a week of joining. It's been 8 months now, and they still haven’t hired a proper Frontend Developer. I heard from a friend that a junior developer joined a few months ago and worked extremely hard to adjust, but they still laid him off because he couldn’t meet unrealistic deadlines. Similarly, a senior .NET developer was laid off just a month after joining. 3. The HR team is extremely unprofessional. They even call your personal phone like you’re a child when you’re late to the office. They lie and talk rudely, and if you confront them, they’ll say, 'I’m just doing what the management told me to do. 4. They don’t treat employees like humans. They push you to work excessively hard, forcing you to complete tasks that would normally require 5 days or a week in just one day or a few hours. 5. The biggest con is that they only have one major fintech client, "Mahaana." The management, consisting of just the CEO, his wife, and the CTO, is always under immense pressure from their business teams, to the point where they don’t hesitate to compromise their dignity to please them. 6. Do not join this company. It’s not a place for humans. They lay off employees as if it’s nothing, regardless of seniority. For juniors, there’s a 95% chance you’ll be fired within a few weeks because no one can meet their impossible standards. 7. I worked here for a long time, but I, along with all the other employees, was extremely unhappy working there."
