The US subsidiary is small and not grown in 10 years due to losses. Employees are never promoted based on performance but only when the company really needs it (like if ceo had no one else to take that position). Salary is below average and ceo micromanages employees like school kids. They have nice brochures, website and global presence so they easily lure new employees but most people leave in 1-2 years. They are very good in sales and marketing but extremely poor at operations. The ceo is more interested in powerpoint presentations than in ensuring efficiency and quality at the production shop due to which most projects either lose money or have warranty claims.
