CEO is very manipulative, controlling, and just creepy. He comes off as very disingenuous, is very disconnected from how the team actually feels about their jobs, and constantly belittles people. Also, he's always 'there', so this is actually one of the biggest reasons I had to leave. Everyone (except 'upper management') is compensated terribly for their jobs, despite doing a lot of work outside of their roles. And by compensated terribly, I mean I was making double my salary at my next job. CEO is always trying to cut corners to save costs and hires mostly immigrants, so he can pay them less.
