The impact of its technology is life changing for the world and it's definitely the most meaningful development in cloud computing in the last decade where the technology is available through Github and the core technology is published in refereed journals and now being taught in universities so both the developer community and academics are using it to change our world for the better, The company culture is open, transparent, non-hierarchical with a dedicated team of passionate employees that act like a family and collaborate. You have the opportunity to work with world renown technologist and scientist in a modern workplace where inclusion and employee health is part of the DNA and not an after-thought.

Hardly anything internally worth highlighting. There may be some well-meaning individuals, but they're often overshadowed by poor leadership and lack of structure.

Unfortunately, my experience at this company was disappointing. The leadership team lacks core management competence and relies heavily on micromanagement, which creates a stressful and unproductive work environment. The CEO, in particular, struggles to inspire trust or provide strategic direction. There is a lot of talk about future products and big visions, but very little in terms of actual, market-ready solutions. The company is essentially running on ideas rather than execution. This has led to a revolving door of talented individuals who leave shortly after joining, often frustrated by the lack of structure, transparency, and real progress. Work-life balance is poor. Employees are regularly expected to work late evenings, weekends, and even holidays, without any genuine appreciation or compensation for the extra effort. Communication is vague and indirect, and important matters are often handled with evasiveness rather than honesty. In short, this is not a place for professionals looking for stability, career growth, or meaningful impact. I strongly recommend doing your due diligence and considering other opportunities before accepting a role here.
