Vantaggi
I've worked for MSL for four years now and believe it is an amazing organization to work for. Staff are treated very well with a flexible work environment (literally and figuratively), are given great options for health care, are paid well above market value for their positions, and all of our staff are a part of our family. The work that we do is not only some of the highest rated PD in the country, our work is incredibly impactful. We help support and upskill both urban and rural communities leaving lasting impact.
At MSL our culture and the way our staff are treated are incredibly important to us and we don't stand for anyone who tries to dismantle that in any way. Our work is too important and we value employees who are willing to dig in and get the work done while very much valuing the work life balance for our employees.
It's funny to read the negative comments on sites such as these - especially when they are legitimate lies about the company. It's very easy for anyone to go on a site and anonymously bash a company, often times being a disgruntled employee or an employee that is no longer with the organization usually for good reason. If you're happy with a company you don't go on sites such as this as there is no need. So I always take reviews with a grain of salt and wonder what the true story is to why they are no longer at their organization.
Svantaggi
While every company always has room to grow, there are no cons that I would share at this time.
