So I have been working with MZ for 2 years. So far the journey has been great. In my entire career of 6 years, there was always a time where stagnancy was there, but here in MZ, the career curve has been great. I am working with a great set of a team where it is continuously evolving. The team is great from almost coving all the geographies of India. The biggest pro here is in case you are not liking anything about anybody, any policy, compensation, etc, your voice matters, and it is taken very seriously. As I mentioned the company is evolving so the change in policies according to employee's needs is always evolving. NO Door policy is something great as it avoids room for politics. HR Team is great in terms of listening and taking action on the presented issue. In terms of compensation, I guarantee it is the best in the market which is quite important. They also give reimbursement related to certifications and mobile/internet. I can surely see myself being associated with this organization for another 5 years.

The surge of work is quite high sometimes but considering it "Sometimes" we sail through. But that is with every organization so I would not like to categorize it as a con.

There are good opportunities to advance your a career. Management is very supportive of your ideas and suggestions. Telecommuting is permitted, flexible schedule. The company offers good benefits, and also provide additional training to continue learning new skills. You get to work with some great people from all over the world.

So far now the management is also helpful but there is only one concern that whenever they plan anything they haven't consider the night shift people timing for the event or any thing. So I just want them to look into this.
