Good creative environment with strong learning opportunities. I worked at Mindframes Media for around 18 months as a Senior Photographer, coming from a visual communication background. The team is strong across photography, editing, creative production, design, and post-production. I got to work on a wide variety of projects, from corporate and industrial shoots to D2C brand content, product campaigns, and creative videos. There is a lot of creative freedom, good mentorship, and structured internal systems. I also got the opportunity to learn videography here, even though I had very limited experience with it when I joined.

Timelines can be tight, and the quality expectations are consistently high, so it may feel intense at times. It is a good place for people who want to learn and grow, but it may not suit someone looking for a very relaxed work environment.
