From a technical growth perspective, the company has always been a strong place to learn and implement new things. There is good exposure to different products, real customer problems, and evolving technologies. The company also encourages teams to explore AI tools and workflows, which helps improve productivity, development, testing, and problem-solving.

The improvement is visible, but consistency across all teams is still important. Since the work moves fast, priorities and workload can feel heavy at times.
