If you are going to join in technology department of this organization , then you are going to make big blunder in life. Most of the senior members in technology love politics. HR polices also bad. It is an Organization in where one fresher employee gets better salary than one experienced one. I have never seen such kind of scenario in any organization. HR polices is below par they do not know what should be done to retain good employee. Oiling buttering goes vociferously inside this organization. There is no assessment for those who do not know this thing.

One bond is there , which says if somebody(For Lateral Experience employee and fresher hiring process in technology ) leave this organization within 3 years of joining then he/she has to pay Rs. 1L . This Bond is generally applicable for LOW Cost experienced employee in this political organization. I found one of EX Employee in this organization, who left within 3 years of his service, but unable to pay Rs.1L due to his financial condition, the adamant and audacious HR did not provide him Release Letter. Beware of this Bond. Though many company having bond for fresher candidate because they incur a huge training for them but Mjunction does not incur any kind of training for the hired lateral Experienced Employee. Even though any other company gives release letter , if somebody is unable to pay. So beware of this bond. Somebody is this organization just come to sleep and leave on 5.30 pm. There is no assessment for good performers.
