During the interview process, I was informed that Molo is not like other companies. True to their word, Molo had a very different "culture" that I didn't mind at the beginning. Wearing shoes was not allowed in the office area, your personal cellphone is not allowed into the work space, and all employees are required to help clean the office space for one-hour every Friday.

During our cleaning time on Friday, we cleaned everything, from the work area to kitchen and bathroom. But, I later realized that the work space is also the owner's living space, so every Friday we were helping them clean their personal kitchen and washroom. There was only one bathroom shared among employees and owners, and the employees used the kitchen only for boiling water.
What I originally thought was a good culture turned into unreasonable demands. The owners asked employees to stand up occasionally during the day and conduct spot cleaning. For example, randomly getting up and going to the kitchen to clean anything that looked dirty, then the next day doing the same for the washroom. We were also asked to report during daily morning meetings items or areas that we spot cleaned the day before. At one point, I was reprimanded for not cleaning under a toilet seat.
Molo's work hours begins at 7:45 sharp and I was never late by a second. But there were a couple occasions where I arrived 2 to 3 minutes before 7:45. And the second time it happened, I was called into the owners office, and informed that I was cutting it too close. Their reasoning was "What if there's an accident on the street? Then you would be late"
They did stress that it was all part of holistic working culture. But to me, it was the most horrible working experience.
