This implies that mroads was not maintaining their relationship with Marriott to ensure that their employees are receiving the attention and care that they need. In addition, this company provides few benefits for their employees (5 days vacation days per year, no matching 401K, etc.). mroads could benefit from cultivating better relationships with their vendors, paying more attention to their employees, and providing better benefits that better align with other consulting companies.
