      Many coworkers are great and the benefits are decent. Lots to learn about the company with the size and global complexity of the organization.

      Complex organization that has not perfected a global footprint. Unfortunately experiences and support are highly dependent on management and the actual departments perceived importance to doing business. Certain departments get a lot of support and it's much easier to navigate and speak frankly. In some areas the processes and systems are manual, causing significant burn out without the chance for actually increasing head count more than just barely what is needed to keep your head above water. Some management simply cannot prioritize and are so worried about upsetting people, the ability to complete something is very difficult for their employees. Any improvements costing money are very slow to be approved and implemented. The closer management gets to the C suite the more yes people are expected and looked for, so if you are dealing with burnout and voicing concerns after many years of the same results that is beyond your scope or better yet you simply don't have enough time to address due to all the manual work, be ready to be labeled difficult because you were not positive enough in expressing your frustrations.

      Un ottimo posto di lavoro. L'azienda valorizza l'esperienza lavorativa e personale, piuttosto che concentrarsi esclusivamente sul titolo di studio. Il management si preoccupa sinceramente del successo dei dipendenti, sia a livello personale che professionale. Massima attenzione allo sviluppo di carriera. Team coesi e collaborativi. Retribuzione base equa in base all'esperienza, buoni benefit sanitari e discreta flessibilità.

      La tua esperienza lavorativa sarà profondamente influenzata dalla sede e dalla posizione che ricoprirai. L'azienda ha un buon quadro di riferimento per l'inclusione, ma in realtà ci sono dipendenti locali non controllati che rendono l'ambiente molto scomodo se non si ha un orientamento politico di destra. Gli aumenti di stipendio sono irregolari e non sembrano essere determinati dalle valutazioni delle prestazioni. Nonostante riceva sempre una buona valutazione, non ho visto nemmeno un adeguamento al costo della vita dopo la promozione.
