Svantaggi
in january, 2016 a number of people were laid off and it made no sense whatsoever since they were replaced 6 mos later. in the meantime others had to do their work and the work of the fired employees. it's now clear a bigger company was looking to buy nfrastructure and the owner needed a lower bottom line to look better for purchase, so he slashed twenty some odd jobs. nice! the owner, already quite rich, has announced he wants to be a billionaire and that's his focus beyond any other consideration, including employees. the company has been sold and the owner will eventually transition to that company. read carefully the honest reviews speaking about bad management, no training, and no chance for advancement, for they are all TRUE. this company - the owner and a few chosen cronies - care less about you as long as you're producing. employees are nothing more than commodities; there is no loyalty to staff, just lip service of loyalty to staff by managers; there are promises made that are empty, and that sometimes become cruel carrots-on-a-stick; manager's smiles are meaningless and cannot mask the subtext of pervasive hostility in the halls. This company will not exist in it present form for more than a few years while the owner milks it, and the employees, for all it has. do not work here. there are far better organizations than nfrastructure.
