Imagine a big room where 80 people sit half a meter apart and the best part is they all are not working on Software, so sales people , production people , people with different daily agendas create loud noises in different intervals. * Hiring new people is very badly planned , there is no strategy in place to integrate or bring up new people. People are expected to completely bring up themselves.
