I struggle to think of anything positive to say about my experience working at ofi. It's a nightmare I never want to relive.

Don't waste your time and talent here. It's a total bait and switch. Poor leadership, pressure cooker, shifting priorities with limited resources, zero work-life balance and extremely high turnover leaves everyone else in the lurch to pick up slack. 5 days mandatory in office - no flexibility for those of us commuting in from the suburbs. Salary was okay but incentives are impossible to understand and are not competitive.
