Management was not over my shoulder all the time. I had the freedom to work my territory.

They flat out lied about how they support us as sales people. Training is woefully inadequate! They do no advertising, took months to finally assign a territory, expect you to use a sales tracking tool that doesn't work. You will not only expect to sell, but also install with no assistance from management. They are making it up as they go along. The management team has no idea how to motivate. They turn and burn their employees. They make no effort to retain the sales staff, they would rather let someone go and start over with someone else.

The hospitality is through the roof I must say. The ease of transfer of information is admirable. A fair and thorough hiring process. Ooma so far is overall, an awesome experience.
