The work is interesting. There are many business and engineering challenges in the RF space right now. It is a very exciting business to be in. There are still a few very good people working here.

As the title says, to someone looking at it from the outside, such as stock analysts, everything looks prosperous. The reality? There is just about nothing behind the façade. This is not a company that is about making profit, except maybe in the short term. I expect that, since they vastly over-hired in the last year, layoffs will start soon. The VP's (about eight at last count, and four "Chiefs") are mostly incompetent and feel threatened by competent people. An altogether unpleasant place to work. As other reviewers have written, most of the important people that did the real work to build this company have left.
