      Die Firma hat eine sehr stabile finanzielle Struktur und tolle Mitarbeiter. Die Lösung ist sehr komplex und musste viele Jahre mit einem großen Remote Team an Entwicklern aufgebaut werden. Ich habe sehr viel lernen können und habe meine Zeit genossen.

      Wir waren ein kleines Team und hatten über 100 Mitarbeiter remote. Entsprechend waren die ersten Schritte das Team in Hamburg zu vergrößern holprig. Inzwischen hat man jedoch ein qualifiziertes HR team aufgebaut.

      I've been in payever for a while already and the company has gone through a significant transition. Before there was a lot of turnover and now we are really only looking for people who burn for what they do. Hiring has become much more selective than in in the past and the interview process is tougher, but at least now we are hiring people that really fit in with the culture.
