I've worked for PredictiveIT for almost 3 years and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. We are a tight knit group of employees that are always willing to lend a hand whenever it is needed. To top it off we have great benefits with our 401K, PTO, and insurance packages. It is an added bonus that we have the ability to learn new things every day.

I feel that I am valued as an employee and a person. I feel that i have been able to learn a ton of information that will help me at anything I do in the future! What I appreciate is that I feel we are appreciated for our opinions and hard work. I feel that I am genuinely cared for.

We are a small business so we all have to work hard and sometimes chip in where needed. Although this is listed as a con I think it is also a PRO as we all have each others back and are a team that will chip in and help anyone who needs it.

Base pay is decent enough, and there’s commission if you hit your numbers. Quarterly company outings to things like Dave & Busters. You get a good sense of freedom since they trust you to sell deals independently.

The tech in use feels like it’s stuck in the early 2000s—think clunky databases and no established CRM. Training is pretty old-school and the handbook is still a paper manual. Small company, I think less than 10 people when I left. Perks are minimal—like, we’re still celebrating with pizza parties instead of anything modern or exciting.
