The normal issues of a comapny that has expanded very quickly, always more workload than can seem to be managed by the workforce however no failures.
Can be a tough place to work when it comes to the crunch and where the meak dont tend to cut it, if you are not up to the job or have exagerated your experience then you will be found out quicky and are left behind.
