If you were not one of the "guys" and "drinking buddies" with leadership you were completely disposable. When they took over the company I was working for they gave us literally 6 hours to see the employment package and make a decision to work for them. All of the promises of training and advancements was nothing but a lie. Salaries were cut every year.
