Great location, and excellent coworkers to work with in the creative department and really all the staff!

I think I've really only had 1 passive aggressive vibe from an upper management. Over all no real cons.

The people, benefits, 401k, location/office, challenging work requirements that grow your skills and look good on a resume.

The creative can be heavily censored/filtered/regulated. Clients can be demanding and disorganized, but nothing too far outside of normal agency challenges.
