rag & bone was an amazing place to work when I started, with strong support from the founder and amazing vibes all around. Everyone was excited to sell and work as a team! Sadly, new management was hired to lead retail and things instantly became a trainwreck. They have no idea what they are doing, it is all reactive guesswork. They changed the commission structure for the worse which de-motivated everybody in retail and created a negative environment in stores. All bonus money was cut and more inane tasks and tests are now expected of employees. Upper Management is clearly out of their depth and should never have been hired. Joining this company now is definitely NOT recommended!
