Vantaggi
I came to re:Members after working at a very large corporation, and the difference has honestly been refreshing. Here, my input actually matters. Ideas aren’t just heard, they’re discussed, challenged, and often acted on, which makes the work feel meaningful instead of transactional. I dont feel like a little fish in a big sea or another number.
Compensation is very competitive and transparent, and expectations are clear. There’s a strong sense of trust across the team, and everyone I work with is genuinely warm, open, and willing to collaborate. People want to do good work and are constantly trying to get better, not just hit a number and move on.
What’s stood out the most to me is the client base. These are compelling organizations with real problems to solve — not tire-kickers. Conversations are thoughtful, strategic, and focused on long-term impact, which makes selling feel aligned instead of draining.
Svantaggi
They are in a growth phase so some things aren't structured or built out but everyone is collaborative on making best practices that work for everyone.
