RP prides itself on it's friendly office culture and trying to do things differently, and it's got that in spades. But there is a bit of a brainwashed cultish vibe to the place, and a sort of rudderless feeling despite all the bluster about growth and creativity and doing great work. There are a lot of naive employees that make all sorts of bad decisions, sliding by with the "we do things the RP way" without even knowing industry-proven methods. Additionally, the office is continually taken over by other companies' offsite meetings and loud events which make it hard to do actual work. This, and the rotating groups of 12 unpaid interns, makes the office look a lot busier than it actually is. Behind that curtain is a small group of people trying to do actual work on lackluster projects.
