requires professional references, which is fine, but then won’t respect you schedule when needing to finish out your two weeks. No communication up the line, you have to answer to a list of people but none respond or work with you. Ancient pos systems, takes a whole 90 seconds to get a receipt to a customer, refuses refunds. you can issue one but you have to fallow up with emails which would be harmless if it weren’t for the scoldings you get to make the customer happy when that’s all they want. Low quality training, we went over how to read a list for 3 days, but then when it came to actual fictions of the store you just had to know what do do with prior experience. it’s actually just a huge mess from the top down. the store i walked into had the whole prior team on strike and left.
