- Culture is incredible - Coworkers are all incredibly friendly and honestly a pleasure to work with - Very interesting product - Some of the brightest minds in the cybersecurity industry are working here - You genuinely feel like you're not just a cog in the machine - you have the autonomy to make real, meaningful impact - Totally remote - Compensation and overall benefits package is incredible - salary is very generous, health care totally paid by the company, fantastic 401k match, etc - HD, the CEO, is not afraid to get into the code or jump on customer calls or answer support tickets - he does not act like he's above anyone else because he is CEO. It's very evident that he cares deeply for the success of the company and product which is refreshing to see. He is a tremendous leader.

Supportive leadership: most conversations I have with leadership come from the perspective of "how can we help you be successful?" and they listen to feedback, welcome ideas, and appreciate strong work ethic. This helps me feel like I'm helping build something beyond being an individual contributor. Fully remote: I never have to be afraid of suddenly being forced back into the office. Innovative technology: the platform is quite impressive and clients very easily see its value. Working in tech, I often had to make "nice to have" technology relevant. You have to put in sales work at any company, but it's great to have a high-value platform like runZero that very clearly solves a lot of problems for my clients. Professional, motivated, but relaxed culture: everyone is very collaborative and driven, which is great energy to be around--but at the same time, we're not expected to button up for most zoom calls. Everyone I've met at the company has been lovely to work with.

All startups face challenges by nature of size/age, but runZero has had strong traction and progress I've not seen at other startups I've worked at.
