1. No portal available in company mentioning clear policies and guidelines. 2. No portal available for addressing employee concerns and grievances. 3. No expense application to submit and claim bills. 4. Multiple follow-ups and delay in processing reimbursements. 5. Claims hybrid model but most of the time requires full time presence at client offices. 6. Less end-to-end implementation experience. 7. Has resource shortage throughout and expects few resources to complete entire project working late nights and on weekends. 8. Sudden change in job role and project assignments without prior notice. 9. No in-house trainings, webinars conducted. 10. Mandatory change of salary bank account without proper justification. 11. No declaration of notice period in offer letter and forceful retention of employee to get work done.
