schuh is really good at negotiating working hours to suit me and my education. The people make it! They're all so lovely and chatty and my supervisors and managers are also there for you if you have any issues. They give you so much help and support whenever you need it. They're flexible not only on a large scale in terms of shifts and hols but they give us plenty breaks, time for food, water and bathroom breaks whenever we need it.
