Working more than contract hours - Recensione dipendente - Management Trainee presso schuh

Working more than contract hours. No overtime and unrealistic expectations. Had to do a night shift 17-hour night shift, got paid 7.5 hours and the company didn't want to pay part-time staff double which left us in the dirt. This has made me question their company values. I'm owed so many hours that I have lost count and still have to complete a folder to become deputy but never actually have the time or energy to do it.
