As someone has already mentioned, employees come and go. Within less than a year, unless you are an executive, the office will have a set of new people. Have been here for over a year now and most if not all the people have moved on, good move. I will probably be next. Expect to work past working hours, you will often get asked to worked overtime without extra compensation.
