Good role to start. Good place for work life balance. Supportive team and fun people

Pay is below industry level.

Nothing anymore. After the aquisition of the company by an equity firm, and all the changes that happened, I don’t see any Pros anymore. They let go too many people, but the initiatives remains the same, so the work load for us still here is terrible. They will require us to come to the office 3 times a week now. Bonus from last year was meh.

Too many to mention aside from 3 days in the office, no near public transpo.
