- Poor compensation based on market average - Poor leadership from the top, lack of care for employees, work life balance is poor especially those in the other team (VDC team) from what I have heard. - Lack of growth - They mention bonus but lack incentive and it’s too low to incentivise you to meet your KPIs - High Turnover - Systems are slow such as their internal system (Miles), teleports me back to the 2000’s

Nothing anymore. After the aquisition of the company by an equity firm, and all the changes that happened, I don’t see any Pros anymore. They let go too many people, but the initiatives remains the same, so the work load for us still here is terrible. They will require us to come to the office 3 times a week now. Bonus from last year was meh.

Too many to mention aside from 3 days in the office, no near public transpo.
