Owner walks around boasting that NYS is an "at will" State and he has the power to let anyone go at a drop of a hat. Hires people and lets them go after less then a week claims its a trial period and his response is "Sorry" go back to your old employer. Owner has a passive aggressive behavior. Steer clear from this place or you will be on the unemployment line quickly.
