There is a complete lack of employee care and no effective HR policies or processes in place. Bangalore HR exhibits an arrogant attitude and adheres to outdated methods. It seems more focused on preserving the position from the last 4 years than contributing to the organisation. HR speeches are disingenuous, and it lacks the necessary knowledge to foster a positive team culture.
