      We are very grateful for your feedback. Our solutions are recognized as very robust and unique trading and payment platforms on the market. The ultra low latency which has been implemented in our products is an aspect that we are very proud of, and the launch of our smartCopilot demonstrates our commitment to continuous innovation. We have been awarded several industry prizes. You are right, working in a human-sized company with a start-up atmosphere can present challenges, as it requires you to be both hands-on and strategic, and to know how to navigate in a less structured organization. But it also allows you to develop your entrepreneurial spirit, initiate projects from start to finish and measure the impact of your actions.

      smartTrade is a place where one can really learn a lot on fintech. The company is leading in the FX vendors world, and employees will grow a lot, whether about tech or about trading platforms and systems. Teammates are friendly and shows solidarity. There are a lot of challenges of course, as anywhere, and whatever the department you're in, but overcoming them together is always rewarding! Finally, the C-level team is solid, with a nice mix of employees who rose from the ranks and people having several past experiences in other companies.

      As for any fintech vendors, the environment can be sometimes stressful, and this is where the team spirit really helps.
