You can get away with bad programming. Nobody will ever check your work. Free water. A twenty year old can climb the ladder very fast because all his superiors will quit within a year.

Svantaggi

12 hour work days. Poor pay. Management treats workers line garbage, and tries to suck every ounce of productivity out of them until they burn out and quit. Turnover rate is close to 80% a year. The good reviews here are of questionable validity.
