We encourage our colleagues to drive their development and we have multiple training courses available to staff as well as, providing transparent access to Internal vacancies. Please get in touch with your HRBP, who can you assist in navigating these possibilities. Creating a workplace that supports equality, diversity and inclusion is extremely important to us at Telent. Our executive leadership team have completed equality, diversity and inclusion training, in the next 6 months we will be rolling this out for our people managers, and we are raising awareness of this across the whole business with our webinars that were completed towards the end of last year.

Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within
