Listen to the engineers values Review contracts correctly … Don’t just bud for sake of it Management not in right roles on some contracts Not supportive with mental health issues Work in silos far too much , shows lack of structure and correct leadership.

Employee health and wellbeing is another focus – we offer several wellbeing webinars and workshops, an Employee assistance programme and our Wellbeing Champions programme.

Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within
