The way information is passed from "back office" to field staff is terrible, often left searching through reams of documents. Very often waiting till the last minute for work information even though jobs are booked often weeks in advance, makes maintaining work life balance very difficult as travel time is never factored into work time. Welfare standards for remote workers is non existent.

Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within
