Hiring process is opaque and impersonal. Rejection emails don’t even specify which role you’re being declined from—very confusing. Extremely difficult to connect with anyone at Lego, even on LinkedIn. External candidates get the silent treatment, especially in new regions, seem almost invisible.

They really take care of their employees. Management really looks after you like family. The hours are great. The workload isn't heavy at all, it only takes some getting used to.

It takes a while before they get back to you. I waited for a month after my interview for them to offer me the job. For your first few weeks, you only get to pick up < 20 hours. The onboarding process can take some time, as well.
